Like alcohol and many other substance, Cannabis, also known as marijuana and a whole myriad of other names e.g. Weed, dagga, twig, etc. etc. are considered drugs. The important thing to remember is that use of cannabis was legalised this year in our beautiful country. Selling, marketing and distribution thereof is still a bit vague, but I believe still prohibited... but smoking, that has been legalised.
