Often overseas clients want an invoice that can be used as part of their expenses claims. I recall The Rock in Midrand could issue an invoice as if it was a meal in a restaurant.

There was quite a big venue in CT, which is no longer, a few years back that had C/Card facilities and on the slip printed the vendor as 'iKapa Curios trading as' .....nothing after the trading as ...... SARS must love that sort LOL
