If the punter does leave a bad review we will investigate the review thoroughly

I am not sure how the punter would have gotten your personal information, it might be that he knows someone close to you or maybe even somehow obtained your real name and looked at your personal social media platforms if you have any.

As you have been doing, keep all your personal information to yourself as today someone might come across as a friend and tomorrow they will be your enemy and use everything you told them in confidence against you.
