Following the conversation "to cut or not to cut", I'm curious how many gents have had the big snip. A vasectomy. I went for a consultation a few months ago and the doc mentioned a chance of chronic pain in around 1% of patients and that freaked me out. I know it's only 1%, but the idea of it definitely made me stall a bit.
Regardless, I've wanted to do it for years and I think it'll be my Xmas present to myself in 2019. What's been your experience, if any?

Had my vasectomy 7 years ago. Procedure was quick and pain afterwards was very minimal.
As a matter of fact on a scale of 1-10 (10 being worst) the pain was like a 3 for about two days after the operation.

Had mine nearly 45 years ago. Cant remember the pain or being uncomfortable. Then again I dont remember anything of my first 2 weeks on planet earth....
I had it done about 10 years ago after my 2nd kid. There's no difference in performance and no discomfort, so to anyone who considers it, I say go ahead. If anyone suggests you made them pregnant, well, you're not the guilty one...
