I've written such a document, covering the points you note and much more. Its called 'The Industry Insider' ,didn't publish due to the possible legal implications.

A good approach would likely be for many different people to write there own version of this and then at end combine all the very best points.

I have lots of things I would love to tell newcomers and I was even thinking of compiling some guide which ESA/PYMT and the others could give to girls they list on their sites.

You right, some really supa girls fail because they make a few basic mistakes. Obviously not many punters have the type of relationship with the girls to say 'wash your linen more often' or 'try cleaning the bathroom better' or 'be more punctual' or 'try and sound more enthusastic on the phone'

The chapter 'Escorting and the Law' wont be many pages !!!
