What a waste of time an money.
On saturday i made a booking at this venue and was told that they can give me a booking for 45min. I accepted and went there .The lady Amore massaged me for 15min incuding the hand relief.
I wouldnt even call it a massage more like a back rub .
But i was charged for 45min which i had



paid in advance ie before the treatment.
I felt like i was cheated out of my money.

Why didn't you complain there and then. Why wait to post this on ESA. They very approachable people. Seems strange to me.

I must agree with Mofa,I've been with both Mandy and Sasha of late and both seemed to have spent more time in the shower than giving a massage or anything sensual.

If Sam and Sean knew about these types of incidents I can assure you that they would handle them and make sure it does not happen again. I agree with Rugbym, why not contact the venue first and then if not handled properly in your eyes, then post your issues here.

What are these forums for? Surely we are entitled to voice our opinions? These ladies are performing a service and the punters are entitled to know which ladies from Divine to go to and what to expect from others. There are some fabulous ladies at Divine. Sean can deal with them accordingly, as for me,with ladies that give me poor service,I simply don't go back to them.

I can only appologise sincerely for the service you received but as both Rugbym and Toppie have pointed out had it been brought to my attention immediately my ability to fix the issue would have been far greater.

The issue here is not about posting on the forum because even if the incident was resolved on site I would never feel you should not post positive or negative. That is your prerogative as punters and the scale by which my business can only improve.

That said after the fact the very best I can do is invite you to engage with me directly so that I can get specifics in order to attempt at making amends.

We truly pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and view this in a very serious light, whether it is retraining or a chat with the girl I need the full facts.

Just remember the chances of me seeing everything said on this forum are not guaranteed owing to other commitments so posting here is great and encouraged but couple it with engaging me direct and resolving is guaranteed.

Like i explained earlier on the forum i was really disappointed on saturday.
I did not complain at the venue cause it was 6pm saturday and the lady in charge was busy locking up.
Also i needed to get home.
This was my first time at this venue.
I normally go to Lothlorian and Elysium
but wanted to try out this venue because of the excellent reviews i had read on esa.

Once again I am sorry you had a bad experience but I have gone back and checked the sheet for Saturday according to the info you gave me and have got to clear up the following.

1. You arrived at 5:30 and owing to us closing at six you were booked in for half an hour.

2. The payment was done by card so you should pick up that it was only half an hour by the charge.

3. A half hour is more sensual than anything else mate due to the time constraint and therefore I can only appologise if there was a misunderstanding as to what the treatment entailed.

I hope that we can try and lure you back in order for you to enjoy a longer more pleasurable and of course more balanced treatment.

Sorry for any displeasure you have been caused and I hope you accept my sincere attempt at clearing the matter.

Guys, divine is a great place and some times in amoungst the great is the not so great,I too did not enjoy my time with sasha and will not book her again. The forum is for us to air our experiences good or bad, and personally I prefer to raise my concerns over a forum than to make a fuss at the venue, I still believe divine is a great place and will return just not to the girls I don't enjoy.

I appreciate the fact that if their is a problem at Divine, Sean jumps in and tries make things right which is more than I can say about certain other venues. From what I have seen, he doesn't take "crap" which is the bottom line.
