Although there might be some girls who have "pimps" (I've never met one) some girls work from venues and pay the venue owner X amount.

Most girls and all the ones I've met in person work independently.

For example I work Independently and don't pay a venue fee. I only pay to advertise on this site.

And secondly, if you want to open a venue and employ only Asian people, you go about it pretty much the same way you would with a " normal " job application and interviews, with probation periods stretching from 1 week+

You don't "import them" - unless you want to go into the human trafficking world. These are humans. Women with families. Don't refer to them as objects and items you can simply just import to make an income out of.
