Now alot of people suffer from anxiety and depression.
Some use illegal substances to control it,others use prescription meds like urbanol, which I'm currently on..
Now I've heard alot about micro dosing with shrooms.
Apparently after prolonged use it actually resets the brain,like resetting a computer,and actually rids you of anxiety and depression...
Now some are going to attack me on this..
Does anyone actually know if micro dosing works

The guy at the nursery told me I should always micro dose my plants.
Hopefully a punter with qualified experience in the medical world would be able to help

Just got confirmation it does help....
I'm done with prescription meds. I'm determined to beat anxiety
