Good Evening/Good Morning(when you read this).

Thank you kindly for the "quote function" that is currently available to us.
It works perfectly, except for one small issue.
When one user quotes...then the next requotes...and another requotes the requote...etc...
it becomes a bit difficult to see/read who made the last comment. Especially if we do not edit the quote or if it's one of those long essay type posts.

SO...Will it be possible to tweak the "quote function" a little?
Just a small teeny weeny tweak?

When we quote...

1.Let the quoted part change to a different colour or maybe lighter shaded italics....
so that the last comment becomes prominent and more visible.

AND/OR................

2.Let the quoted part get reduced in size automatically...
with a "read more/read less" option.

Some bafoons here quotes pages long. Only for the next punter to repeat. You end up with 3 pages of quotes with maybe 3 lines of text added...

Lol Vrik - agreed. Some posters will copy an extremely long quote, and they only comment 'like' at the end of the quote.

I definitely second this suggestion! It would be awsome if ESA would consider this change!

Couldn't agree more!

Another option is write "as semensquirter says" or if you want insult,debate or agree with someone just write their name before you comment instead of quoting the whole bloody essay of the person you want to address.

Could I suggest a function to disable the [Submit] button for a few seconds after it has been pressed once and the form is submitted?

There is a delay when the button is pressed, so people press it again thinking they haven't pressed it. Thus double and triple posts

In fact I will go through this process now. I am renewing my GM, so when my payment reflects, the amazing ESA Admin will activate it for me.

While we busy with some forum "pet hates" let me add the following
