Police Scam

Hello everyone,
A few days ago, I received a call from so called "Captain Peter Sello", supposedly with the SAPS. I have seen the numerous posts on this forum about this type of scam so I immediately asked for his badge number and a case number. He was unable to provide those numbers so I promptly blocked him.
I haven't seen this name on this forum, so perhaps this is a new guy/alias.
You are welcome to PM me for the number.

Make people aware of this scam
WG are giving our details to them, so be careful who you call and visit.
Stop visit WG for a while or

Exactly what I did. The audacity of these people is staggering, to say the least.

Its like a 419 scam
BUT unfortunately you will always get the few people that fall for it and that's why they keep returning
