The Collins Dictionary say If you describe someone as discerning, you mean that they are able to judge which things of a particular kind are good and which are bad. Sound as if those ladies want recognition for their looks etc?

Not so much for the lady's looks or yours ...LOL
In advertising, it's another way of saying: " For the gent who enjoys the finer things in life".
An advertisers' play on reverse psychology to justify premium prices etc.
By telling you (indirectly) that you are an "exec/discerning gent", you should, in theory,
not complain to pay premium.
...that is me being discerning...as one would expect of a Gentleman being discerning when making choices to suit his needs and wallet.
