What is important to you and what makes the difference in your bookings? I believe it's the finer touches that makes the difference.
Clients may think the pricing is high but I offer the following:
High quality photos
Immaculate appearance (Hair well done, jewelry, quality perfume, good quality makeup, nails and pedicure done weekly, quality pretty lingerie in a variety of shapes and colors, an extensive heel collection and clothing to match any and all occasions)
A private venue with:
Clean fluffy towels,
2 different body washes,
Heater
Fan
Ice water
Ensuite squeaky clean bathroom
Shampoo
Private parking
I do believe these things are the finer things that high profile clients notice and appreciate.

I applaud the efforts you've listed. But chemistry, attentiveness, trumps them all
