Been to GP for the first time and was not impressed at all. The therapist tried her best which I enjoyed. Issues where I had a cold shower and the heaters did not work. The 'new' venue is stunning form the outside but needs attention on the inside. The towels should be renewed and there should be enough lighting in the bathroom. Expected much more from this venue.

Hey Player, I was there at the Ultimate Touch this monday.... had a booking with Alexia. The house is uber clean and recently renovated. The rooms are tastefully decorated and light dimmers to set the mood. Ample towels that are fluffy and new so you cannot go wrong at UT.

I do agree that our venue need touch ups because I bought the premisis recently and we still busy upgrading our place I would love to use the opportunity to ask our loyal clients to be pacient and supportive like they always been, we also thanks them. We are definetely working in order to give a better services.

I recieved you on Saturday you are a very familiar face is definetely not your second time with us.
We did change towels not more than 2 months ago.
Probably some of the other times that you came you had 2 heaters if you were in a room for couples in order to warm it up quickly because on saturday you did not, i repeat I take your session in.
We do experience some times at the end of the day cold water due to our busy days and up standards, LADIES HAVE TO GET SHOWER AFTER EVERY CLIENT,.We are working on this and we will have 3'face electricity for August,so we will not need heaters, we will have aircone and never again cold water!

Celine, read up and understand my comment, not 2nd but my 1st and last time at your venue. I'm not not a familiar face nor will be. You may have stunning ladies whom I would love to indulge with but your venue does not compliment these ladies in any way. I was not there on a Saturday either, did not meet you or anyone else except for my therapist and your security guy. We as clients except 100% satisfaction when we visit any establishment and our comfort should be put at first. If you are having issues with the heating or the water then fix it rather to let paying customers feel the brunt.
