Well a lot has been going on and I am sure many of you have seen some of it with venues being forced to close their doors by town council and the likes.

Sadly it has become a reality that zoning has become the new target practice for venues in this industry and therefore it sometimes becomes necessary to look at things holistically.

Having gone through messy processes two years ago I really have no need to do it all over again and therefore for the betterment of not only the business but also the protection of our clients and ladies we have secured a Divine new venue and will be moving tomorrow through the weekend.

The great thing is not only is the correct zoning in place meaning we can operate as normal without hindrance but also it is bigger and has recently been renovated.

We will be launching with 9 rooms all with their own shower facilities, yes no more fighting for a shower away from the room and have the ability to expand when the time comes to 16 rooms all en suite with an added four jacuzzi rooms.

The above will take a little time but eventually the expansion will happen.

The great thing is there is ample parking and the venue is finally ready after extensive renovations. The delay in announcement was based on waiting for it to be ready.

So guy's the new address is 26 Laurel Street, Woodmere.

Hi Sean Sounds great. Checked Google maps, its a residential area with a bunch of neighbours. Please check if it would be better to move the entrance to the corner of Coral Str. Don't want anybody to take opictures of viistors etc ... Just a privacy issue.

The neighbors are well not able to see into the property mate I can guarantee you that, as with all our venues we have never had a problem with neighbors because of no loud parties.

Trust me this is not a problem and it is labelled as a guest house and has had strippers living there for the past two years so they have no problems.

We are all good and ready to go mate and the zoning is all correct so no issues, even health and safety certificates are done.

No it is not a main road and we will also be tarring the road behind the venue so that the back gate can be used as well.

Thank you for the very kind words, we are all looking forward to the move except for the move part ha ha.

The venue will blow you away and yes the dance room will remain, it really has become a fun part of the venue and short of putting all that lighting behind my bed it is all going with ha ha.

Guy's we will be around during the course of saturday so if anyone is in the area feel free to ring the bell, while I cant offer you treatments I can show you around in advance.

Some familiar faces always make it more fun.
