Guys can we as a matter of personal safety open up here to help each other. I was with someone recently and she mentioned that cases where you are caught inside, trapped, robbed, assaulted are a not uncommon occurence.

This has never happened to me, but the conversation freaked me out.

Lets share. What are the warning signs?

It has happened to me twice where I had to fight my way out of a niggy drugden. Other times when I realised where I was I just started shouting a bit and they let me out. I have a thread on ESA where I warned guys about them.

There are some warning signs, if you are alert then you are less likely to get nailed.

Sign 1: Security gate is too large. Not some domestic wobbly trellidoor, it looks more like a prison door. It is easier to break a hole in the wall than go through the gate.

Sign 2: Smell. I do not know why but they smell "oily". May be the parafin lamps (power has been cut) or that druggies just don't spend time cleaning? Maybe it is something that they smoke?

The trick is to get out before you drop your pants. They don't expect you to make an early departure, so if you only realise once you are in the room then rather just pay the fee and get out. School fees.

I had one episode in a hyde park block of flats...all i can say was they where not expecting me to be carrying a piece...i crapped myself as it was a popular girl.they wanted my vehicle and the kids playing around and my paranoi just said drive through the fokin gates...advice..pay the r200 more and go to a venue that is reputable

Mrroper,you got me worried. There is a building in Hyde Park where quite a few reputable ladies are based. I have spent quite a bit of time there. I really hope it is not the "block of flats " that you are referring to.

Not quite the honeytrap you speak of, but i have had a girls "boyfriend" phone me after and say how he is going to find me from my number plate etc etc and come kill me unless i pay him 10k.

Bt she appeared scared, a guy was standing feet away from us.she couldn't even talk. So its a doggy place by Mcdonald.
