Suffer from it as well thats why i work some nights a true night owl lol even tho i wish some days i can just sleep and switch off a bit....

Lie down with your legs and hands wide open like a star, deep breath in through your nose for 7 seconds, hold your breath for 4 seconds, then breathe out from your mouth for 8 seconds. Do this for a few minutes. You should fall asleep quickly after that.
Sooner or later we all suffer from this. From an individual my reasons include that super early starts anything from 2 to 3 in the morning to not punting too long and my sex drive going into overdrive,stress due to financial or some self created stress. My advice if its too often one needs to do a self analysis of themselves and try and figure out what's creating this.
