It wouldn't affect any fucking site , it's just another anc extortion racquet that would need to be enforced , which they are horrible at doing and would be only paid by the stupid ( think etolls) , with the quality of the police force, they can hardly open a ficking car door when they get to the kfc never mind a website it would never stand in a court of law and everyone would just move their site overseas...
