Few guys use a condom with their girlfriend, it is well known and we all know it is giving the decision to the woman if she wants to fall pregnant. In the same way, I have a few times worried (in my paranoid little head) that some of the WGs that know me quite well and want to get into a relationship may impregnate themselves (courtesy of the parcel of sperm that I leave behind in a well sealed condom) and then want to claim maintenance.

Question: is there a legal way to prevent unwanted pregnancies? Is it possible/ enforceable to create an agreement to force a girlfriend to use the pill? Can the agreement also have the deterrent: if she does get pregnant she must either abort early or put up for adoption? In the case of a WG can it be a reasonable expectation that if I use a condom then I am not liable for any child that is born?

It is all well having a verbal agreement with the girlfriend but we all know that counts for nothing if she actually gets pregnant and wants that juicy maintenance order.

Now what I'm gonna say next is what a client told me and I'm not totally sure how sound it is. If you dispute paternity its up to you to disprove that you're the dad or to get the court to order a paternity test. And here's the part I'm not sure of...you'll pay until proven otherwise. It happened to an acquaintance And the lady was a GF who left the guy and shortly afterwards hooked up with another guy. Turned out guy no1 was the dad.

Johnd you are paranoid, first of all you cant fall pregnant when that little suckers get air for to long, Then a little advise. You take the condom off and you handle it. Keep it open for enough air to come through(docs advise) or just stop nookie lol. And no, you cant force anyone to have an abortion(its murder) and still her choice. Good luck.

Why not just remove your own condom and rinse it in the basin and throw the condom away.

Any good condom has a lubricant which contains a spermicide gel so you shouldn't get any live swimmers anyway... It's as simple as buying good rubber !
