Why is it that Esa does photo shopping. Non Caucasian ladies look more like ladies with roar policy.

This is such a worn-out thread topic. ESA does NOT condone photoshopping and spending more than 3 seconds doing a search will indicate the first thing they will ask for is a link to a suspected photoshopped image. Yes the photographers use lighting to their best advantage, that's just what a good photographer does, but I highly doubt that you can point to an image where a lady's complexion has been "lightened".
Who knows, maybe you have found such an example but nothing can be done about it unless you link to the offending profile.
