So, got 1 of those stupid calls from some dude saying that there's a warrant of arrest out for me blah blah blah. Relatively annoying that it was on a Sunday afternoon but I dealt with him. Now I know the suggestion is punting phones etc but ladies, you REALLY let yourselves down (& your fellow 'colleagues'). Net result is how do we trust any of you nowadays- which means no more potential customers. Well done!
Tell them to fuck off. If there is a valid warrant of arrest the sheriff of the court will drop it off and make you sign for it. If its serious SAPS will come and pick you up
Ladies, new info on these idiotic cop imposters.
I got a call last night. The guy said he is a detective from the saps and he is investigating a murder and robbery case. He got information from the murdered man's friend who apparently gave him the names of a few SPs that he's visited before. My name was apparently on the list. He wanted a screenshot of the certain days calls from my phone.
Needless to say I told him that they are going to have to find someone really stupid to believe that crap, that it's pathetic how they try different tactics to try make money the way they do.
He said that I'm the stupid one and he is now issuing a warrant for my arrest.
I just replied "go for it. I won't be holding my breath waiting for your arrival".
People of the purple world, a SAPS official will never call you when they are investigating any type of crime that has a docket opened. The SAPS will come to you wherever you are, don't fall for the stupid tactics of these criminals.
