Would anyone ever be interested in renting your own room for hosting you secret meetings? I have a 2 bedroom apartment in gardens, huge, ultra modern, fitted with modern furniture(@home only), 2 en-suite bathrooms, so it's a decent place. I'm just not using the spare room so I was wondering if anyone would ever rent the room on a monthly base for the purpose of meeting up with escorts. Hotels get pricey and everyone knows whats going on if you check out like an hour or two after you checked in.

@lauren you would need a serious serious punter to rent on a monthly basis

IMHO You would make more money renting the room on an hourly / daily / weekly basis for secret rendezvous between consenting couples (punting or affairs)

Option two - if you are in Gardens in Cpt - - would be to rent on Airbnb

@iamfunluva I know you normally rent rooms on a daily base, but i was thinking of people just paying a month upfront, not really a month to month thing. Just wanna know if its a good idea or not.
