Burst condom

It happened to me yesterday, but i was quick to pull out...however I'm worried i might have contracted some STI as this was the first time it happened to me.. Or am i just overeacting? and what are the chances of contracting STIs in such a way especially if one is circumcised.. Has anyone experienced this..? Please share.
