So I dont know about you guys and gals but I find it quite a thrill going to regular Thai massage joints and and seeing if I can come right with the therapist. I have had it offered off the cuff, offered if I suggest, sometimes free (IMO im pretty hot) so maybe they were just keen.

Does anyone else get off on this? Its the unknown, the potential of disappointment but when it does work out its magic!

I know we dont promote non paying advertisers but if anyone has had any luck in places around Edendale, Bedford, eastgate etc. send me a DM ad ile share some places aswell

It is a pity that "authentic Thai massage parlours" are now viewed with skepticism.

In Durban i ask the punters for referrals to "propper Thai massage parlour"....even though there are MANY within walking distance from where I am.

And only ONE is mentioned as worthy of going for a thai massage....without any "extras" on offer.

What is happening.

In Cape Town region I have come across 1 Thai place where this is not allowed, offered or tolerated.
All other spots (depending on the therapist, of course) it has at least been offered. There are some therapists in places where it was offered that strictly adheres to massage only. But in my experience, available by most therapists in majority of the venues.

Yes, the majority of Thai places seem to offer it these days. I am the opposite of the OP, though. I never ask for it, I only take it if they offer it and only if they have done a decent job of enticing me before hand. That is what I enjoy - the seduction part.

I also love the thrill of trying to get something which are not really available. But i think what you said is very true...
