Good afternoon, Happy New Year!
The ESA office is closed today, and starting this year, it will be closed on public holidays.
Should the public holiday be on a Wednesday or a Saturday, the office will be closed, but the studio will be open for photoshoots.
Banking will be done 3 times throughout the day on a public holiday, so adverts and gold memberships will be activated.

My Gold Membership disappeared. In November 2024 I paid for an annual subscription which you guys extended to November 2025 and displayed my 5 year badge, please reactivate my Gold Membership or indicate why I was suddenly downgraded to a free member?
