Hi Guys ,

Well now..hektor. Rather strong sentiment there for a first time reviewer/poster.

When you say she should be treated like a Louis XIII cognac, do you mean,she should be opened and left to air or twirled so you can enjoy her oaky musky flavour?

Just wondered, us common folk aren't always up to scratch on how a Louis XIII cognac should be treated?

Hek-"tice" is most likely attempting to build a not-so-subtle metaphor. As in the Remy Martin Louis XIII - as in the price.

I was on the cusp of calling - but I think will pass up this fantastic opportunity. I prefer Domaine de la Romanee-Conti (1990) thanks.
