I have previously visited HOE with my partner (I am female) and found it to be an upmarket venue with the most gorgeous therapist (Clarissa). We really had to dig deep to find a place where we felt so at ease. However, with the last 2 visits things have changed drastically. We decided to take a female friend with as she wanted to experience a body to body massage from a female therapist. Communication was a bitch and due to our appointment being changed my partner could no longer join us. I did make an appointment with Reception via e-mail and asked if it would be an issue if we were 2 ladies visiting on our own, regretfully I was never answered. When we got there we were treated like nothing less then scum. The ladies at reception pointed towards us all the time while having a little discussion. The 1 therapist that we booked with decided not to go into a room alone with us as there is no money for her in just doing a body2body and unfortunately this was said at reception for all to hear. Luckily Clarissa kept her pose and decided to treat my friend to her massage (which was all that we wanted). We are not lesbians as I have visited the venue previously with my male partner. I do not expect to be treated any differently from the men as my money is exactly the same colour. Unfortunately I was charged for 2 therapists but Clarissa managed to sort that for me after having a huge discussion with the lady at reception. If this is the case, ladies and gentleman from HOE, please take note that we will be taking our business elsewhere but unfortunately the message will also be shared with many we know.

SamJns49 -- I hear what You are saying but at the same time HOE is a Gentlemen's Lounge -- And was set up as such .

I apologize for the manner in which You state that You were Treated -- However Just as Our Ladies have Racial Preferences -- they also have Gender Preferences .

Our Ladies have their Restrictions which we comply with ( Even though its Not in HOE's best Interest ) -- My Personal Feeling is that I would Rather be with a Lady that actually feels comfortable with a Booking --Rather then one that goes through the Motions --

Most of Our Ladies Don't do Couples as they feel uncomfortable -- And the Two lady Scenario is something different to most . Sorry for the Bad experience & lack of Communication from reception.

Clarissa obviously feels comfortable with tis arrangement & can assist if Finding a few others that would be open to it --My suggestion is to coordinate through Clarissa to avoid any disappointment. I am sure that she would be more then accommodating .
