I do test every 3 months to be certain of my status, I wouldn't feel good knowing I caught something and passed it on. A condom only covers so much and even if you don't offer OWO, bareback or GFE, skin to skin is still a huge risk for contracting STIs.

Also note that you can catch an STI and it may not be visible on a test up until 7 weeks. You may also have no symptoms until months or years later so testing often can help prevent transmission if you have a treatable infection.

No cure for HPV, herpes and HIV/AIDS.

The risks are much higher in this industry, period. This is why a lot of ladies refuse to offer any kind of fluid exchange and rubbing without protection.
