A special helps the pocket for sure but not nice to think the lady might end up getting less. With it being an ESA discount why not ask them to sponser the R200 that way the client still scores and the lady isnt short changed? Just a suggestion.

You know something, you and I have something in common that we are both concerned about the general wellbeing of the ladies at the spa. The last few days before salaries get paid is pretty tough for most folks and we realize this, that's why I wanted to do something for the punters and something for the ladies with the promotion.
I'll let you in on a little behind closed doors secret that went down at the spa this week, one of the new ladies came to me and asked me about the special and said 'But hold on, if we're being paid this much for the appointments then there's hardly anything in it for the venue'. - The point is that I took the decision to boost the ladies salaries and to save all our clients a couple of bucks and still ensure everyone has a good time. Trust me, the ladies have done well.
Thanks for the concern, it's nice to know that you guys care about the ladies as much as we do, they are all an amazing bunch of women.
