I have no experience in this. What I do know is that R Peel will be this person's real name as you have to be FICA verified in terms of FICA legislation when you open a bank account. That means that they require your ID, Proof of residential address, etc. ... BUT ... obviously this info you will NEVER get from a bank! Debt collectors make use of people specialising in this sort of thing and obviously comes at a price. I remember some time back Buffel was successful with the corrupt policeman sometime back!
