A sincere apology

To my 4pm app
I do sincerely apologise. Something unforeseen happened. . A tenant came to call me to help. He heard an elderly tenant calling for help she ,had slipped in the bath and couldn't get up. A youngster climed into her balcony and gaining entry to her flat, he opened for me to go assist. I honestly didn't think of taking my phone with me. I"d hate to think what would've happened if I was already busy with the booking. Once again I cannot apologise enough.

Well the old girl is not doing well at all. Dislocated shoulder and knee, broken arm and a gash on her forehead. At 80+ such things are very serious. I am her emergency person but she never took her phone to the bathroom and put the chain on her door.
So you see now why cancelling a booking was the last thing on my mind.
