Backscatter X-ray when entering DUBAI?

Hi guys.
Are there any backscatter X-ray machines that scan your entire body when entering UAE,Dubai?
I want to go to Dubai soon. I'm kinda worried about those x-ray machines(OR Tambo int airport recently installed them)
I'm now legally female on records have a female passport etc.
I'm afriad I might be denied entry if immigration notice that I'm pre operation transexual,as they don't understand such stuff, have no human rights at all!
I have connected through Dubai airport several times before with no problems an they just scanned my hand luggage. Now I'll be entering the country,is it a different story?
I just need to know how is it when entering the country especially on my situation?

I can't pretend to be a man n use my old passport which says Male. It's invalid cancelled ( I would probably be sent to prison if I attempt using it)
I have never than that in the past, I just travelled as myself no hiccups, in case I get questioned by immigration officers...I always kept a documents from my endocrinologist explaining I'm treated for gender disorder was born male now I'm a girl,blah ,blah
Perhaps the countries I have been to didn't care about such stuff!
