I've been punting for a few years now. Every other time I meet a girl she tells me she's saving up. Getting out. New life. No more random dicks. Yada yada. Seldom do ladies leave the industry.

My question is this. 50% of the ladies here earn a lot and want out. How many have a real plan? Financial advice, setup a savings and investment plan? Etc etc.

What are ladies' stumbling blocks here? What help do you need? Are you just your own worst enemy? Are you doing fine and you'll make it out soon? I'm so happy for those who love it and want to stay. I'm also really happy for those who say goodbye and don't come back. Valentina (BEST EVER) comes to mind. Valentina if you're reading this PM me.

As a human there is little better feeling than setting a goal and achieving it. What is stopping you from achieving your financial goals?

Hash words... but I understand... I gave myself only 4 years... I dont wanna be in this industry at 50!!! I think a lot of girls dont wanna be here but impossible to live on a normal income of R8 to 10 000 Rand a month. If it wasn't for ESA, I would've end up in a ditch!!!!

Sorry I don't mean to be harsh. I mean to help. I'm a financial advisor. I help Richie Rich stay Rich. He stays rich because he gets advice.

Sportsmen stay fit because they have trainers.

WGs want to quit but do you get financial advice? So I'm asking what stops you? What help do you need? What don't you understand? I want to see if people's dreams are realistic? If they are and the person is willing to work on it then hell I can help. If this is all none of my business I'll buzz off.

Ive wanted to leave for a bit. However we plan and things barely go according to plans. I started working towards my exit 2 years ago, I did a small course . I even got a job early this year. Stayed home for 4 months waiting for the offer letters. That was my break, but sadly things didnt go as planned so im Back starting afresh with hope that il get a job soon. If i got a job that gives me from12k a month im willing to make it work. I love what i do here but i sure cant do it forever.

I'm one of the girls who is really trying and saving and taking steps to work my way out of this and I have Faith that I will leave , This 5 years have Been up and down but I keep positive
You are seeing the amount of money we make but not seeing how much our expenses are
Rent 10k
Adds we don't only use 1 adds most of us have about 5 couse we use different sites
So about 2.5k
Food
Accounts
Senting money home
Then after that is for savings

When I'm on period I'm off work when I get flu I take off when I get a toothache I'm off these days I don't make any income
When I go visit home I take off and can't visit home for a weekend coz they hardly see me so it's about 2 weeks every 4 month

Steps and goals I take to make sure I will leave
Educating myself
Starting here at 21 not knowing how to drive not very educated (always getting teased for my spelling) but what I did have was dreams and goals and saw this as a steping stone And met wonderful people who really helped mold me (and one guy who always guides and advises me till this day and expects nothing that's why he became a real friend )
First did massage courses then after saw massage only is not working for me
Build my place at home for me then saw I don't like staying at home
Then said I want to learn to drive did buy a old second hand polo classic learn how to drive and got my licence with motivation from wg like ( Jiah and Climax mwah you)
Kept the car abit then it gave to much trouble sold it
I save money as much as I offer the gfe kissing i can i only take myself out one weekend a month
I went last year back to school night school only finish now in July got my results now in August
And just waiting for my statement and certificate so I can apply for the course I'm looking forward to doing the course is costly but I think it's worth it
It's to expensive to do full time studies and pay for all my expenses so il have to do it part time which will take longer but il get there

So how I think people who want to help can help maybe create a page that wg. can pm you if u have jobs available ( no jobs with sex benefits )
Maybe a studyfund for some who is hard working yet not at the level that can get bursary
Offer financial advice and training on filling ( like now I did an accountant to HELP with my books :) )
Maybe even a leanership with if available for girls who want to get into a certain field

Contrary to popular belief, a fair few of us are busting our guts to get to where we really want to be. Not all of us had the benefit of going to university, which alone at the very least slows your 'outside world' progress down by a MASSIVE distance.

Clients often ask me what I do in my free time. Free time??? I don't know what it means to have a day when I am not working on either Career A or Career B. Most days I'm working on both.

It is EXHAUSTING having to be two different people operating in completely different capacities every day.

I appreciate the gesture in this message, but seriously. I cannot help but find it condescending AF too. We are not irresponsible little kids here. We are, if anything, far tougher and capable than most, facing this world and the one outside with all the strength we can muster. I mean, really.

Sorry just being honest.

You know that dreary job you might or might not have. The thing that you grind your teeth to get out of bed and do every morning.

Facing your boss that you know deep down inside you can do his job better but hes there because hes connected and also fucking the shareholders daughter.

But you do it to support yourself your family and lets be honest being homeless sucks.

You have dreams right. Musician, painter, owner of your own business etc.

You don't follow your dreams cause its hard there is only so many days in a year. You don't have the capital, connections or business savy.

Maybe you do and you know its just going to take time.

Punters and wg's are a lot alike. We are all people at the end of the day.
