Hot surprise last night

Hi all,
So I thought I would share an interesting story with you all.
I am a real foodie and enjoy experimenting with new tastes and flavors. Anyway before I get carried away, last night I played around with some chilies...well actually a lot and to my (very pleasant) surprise i was overwhelmed by tingling in very interesting regions lol.
So my question is do chilies literally heat up your sex life or am i just a bit on the naughty side?

Chillies good for blood circulation. The better the flow of blood to that area the better the experience.

Both.
