Sooo promised myself I would not log on to ESA this weekend as i'm having a beautiful family weekend and its my daughters bday etc. But then a certain thread caught my attention and thought I would say just this....
Before you speak.... THINK!
Some things people say on this forum can really be hurtful and thats why I never interact on here anymore. You should take into consideration others feelings sometimes whether its real life or just a fantacy, I dont care. Respect goes a long way.

Stormpie, Victor Frankl I believe said that between a stimulus and a response there is a pause that allows one to think and decide before one responds/reacts....
Unfortunately we often fail (at times) and the problem is words once uttered cannot be retracted, a blow once struck has been delivered......
Guess at time this place is like a medieval warzone...or even a dog fight....
