Been there, done that, got the T-shirt...

I made top 10 three months ago for the first time... by accident... maybe it was a mistake... but yes, I finally made it.
My first reaction was... WOW! How did it happened? How incredible!!! And I had the wow feeling for the past 3 months since I become part of the top 10 "TEAM" ... The feeling was great but I lost myself. I was in a race against the best of the best... even against myself to proof what exactly? Chasing something that was never important to me... A number. Just a damn number. It doesn't make me a better person than any other good service provider on ESA. We're all the same...
Im so grateful to The Gold members who were responsible for all my beautiful comments and reviews but... what about all the other non gold members who become my regulars... who supports me in quiet months... and who spoiled me? It's not always about being the best but about how you make someone feel...
Then I remember Vanilla's words when everybody turned against me... "Just do what you do best... it's about your service, your clients, and the smile on their faces when they leave... it's not about anything else".
I DON'T care about being up there anymore... I'm not in a race... I'm here to do what I do best... serving ALL of my clients the best I can...

Ms Paige I fully agree with you. To some Top 10 is everything and it changes them like money changes people unfortunately. But what most loose in the process of chasing that "glory" is service... great service is everything in any industry and without it a number means nothing. I agree that its not gold members all the time and most of the time your basic members are the ones that show us girls more respect and normally spoils us too, please no offence to anyone here xxx... Keep doing what you doing as its not about one person chasing glory but about our clients (Gold / Basic) as they are our measure of "great service"... lots of love and best wishes... xxx

Well done on your post. I've been there a few times without knowing I made it. Top ten is over rated a number of girls cheat to be on there. Some buy multiple gold member ships to rate themselves othere go yo the extent of maliciously reviewing other ladies. Some give away freebies to be there while others have unprotected sex to end up there. Then the latest I've herd girls are offering to pay clients GM's and then there are the ladies who's boyfriends review them lol (not all though) It doesn't mean that they are better than anybody else or busier than everyone else.it just means you have been given more ratings.

With that said congrats to all the ladies that have achieved top ten the right way. To the ladies that Cheat to make the top ten cheating the system doesn't make you the best the guys will eventually figure it out and news gets around. Focus on delivering a stellar service that makes you the best.

Top ten didn't make me any busier than I was it was all the same to me ;)

I believe every single lady on this site has something special to offer and there is a lady our their for every client as long as you are at the top of your game you are always number one I your field ;)

Could not agree more with what has been written above. Over the years, I have learned to ignore the Top 10...there has just been too much cheating and the accolade can mean next to nothing.

Worse, the guys who enable cheating have become known pests to the detriment of ESA. I was chatting with an SP who does not advertise on ESA anymore (no, not THAT one), and she told me one reason she does not advertise on ESA is that too many of the clients she gets from the site try and use the review system to negotiate prices/services.

And it has become harder to spot some of the fake reviews even for someone like me, who has been around for a long time. I shudder to think how some newbies here must get burned.

Totally agree with the sentiments shared above. Once upon a time, many years ago, I also used to be on the Top 10 for quite some time.

The vast majority of my clients then and also now, are not Gold members and most do not even have basic Esa membership. I have been back on Esa for 11 months now. I do not have a single review or rating on my new profile since I have been back, yet I have been doing very well and I am busy on most days.

Moral of the story? Little Stars are not needed to be successful in this business and is not necessarily a reflection of popularity nor service excellence. Good service, professionalism and consistency, is the ultimate deciding factor in success or failure......

I too agree with all said above.

For every one Gold Member that visits me, I get an average of ten Basic members. Al my clients, Gold Member or not, get the best of me. I treat all my clients special, just as my reviews state.

Every GM that reviews me on a monthly basis, does so because of my repeat TOP 10 service.

I have been an advertiser on ESA for longer than 10 years, and I get better after every session, because every client is different. That is why I have so many regulars that come back to me. And every time, my service is even better than their previous visit. I improve my service every-time to ensure I get repeat business.

With all the years, being on the purple sit, my clients got to know me, they trust me and they know that my service is excellent. A client goes back to a lady because he knows that he gets top notch service and attention.....Not to get her on the Top 10.

Every girl on this site has their own way of providing their service and may even provide a service that I don't provide. A client has his own choice of who he wants to visit. I never claim a client as my 'property'.

Each and every day, I am at the top of my game and I always go the extra mile for my clients.

I am thankful for each and every review I get, may it be from a Gold Member or a Basic member. It is not the Top 10 that makes a service provider busy...It is her GOOD SERVICE.

Every client that visit me, makes me feel like I am a Top 10 service provider - I am the best I can be for my clients, my purse and for myself.

I definitely visit some ladies regularly because of their outstanding service they provide me not nessary because they are part of the Top 10. In saying that .. the Top 10 are not the alpha and omega but does count for something regarding the service that is rendered .. especially an indication for new punters to start somewhere !!!

The All time top 100 is also a good indication of services rendered but again not everything because lot of basic members also do reviews of ladies they visit and these ladies that are not on the top 100 because they didn't received points from gold members.

I think the bottom line is to provide the best service that you can without chasing the top10/100 and the return visits will most probably happen by itself !!!
