Very confused

So some ladies have been on the site for years and offer great service but they don't have as many reviews as some new ladies. Why do you think that is. From experience and reviews it just doesn't make sense that some of the newer ladies get so many reviews? Don't believe I need to explain any further, especially if you look at the top 100
