My Samsung phone keeps freezing and it's the one I use for work. It won't factory reset . I'm soo stressed .sending Out an S.O.S.

Hi Monika, start by removing any installed apps, even photos and videos. Then do a restart, and then do a factory reset.
If this doesn't work, let me know what model phone it is and I will help you do a hard reset.

Remove the battery and rub the gold part of the battery with sandpaper for 15 seconds

If you do reset it make sure you have the Gmail account details that was originally used. Does the phone have an external memory?

Do not do this! This will just damage the battery. If you do need to clean the battery contacts, use an eraser, but this is not a battery issue.

Thank you was at Samsung ... and yes it's not a battery issue nor a virus... my phone auto downloads the latest soft ware... however the technician at Samsung told me my phone cant handle the new software. My phone has 8gig on board memory... the new Samsung software is 7.8gig and thats why my phone is acting up...
In simple EngliSh my phone is a grade 7 given a A Matric paper to complete
