Apparently it might be another full day. Even though they might complete the fix today it was mentioned by an engineer that the water pressure build up to reach the entire network will take up to 12 hours.
Dont forget the listerine haha btw all garages and supermarkets are out of bottled water in Rivonia/Morningside from what I have heard from family
