So last night driving home, as I passed the burnt out hotel I saw some type of neighbourhood watch Guardian angel types patrolling the area. They wear orange tracksuits and berets, and seem to be pretty organised, having 2 way radios and the whole bang tooty. Aside from chasing away the skanky disease ridden girls away, there wasn't a dodgy drug dealer in site. The leader did look like a Bellville breker demented washed up bouncer though.
