you can say at least 95% will be effected. so stock up water now in cups glasses bottles, watering cans LOL just to be able to flush the loo when you poo. i have garden no eyes around so i can pee pee there hahahaha. Now we will feel how the poor guys in areas where they dont have any water and have to trek miles to get a bucket here and there, disgraceful. Voted aNC did we????? Kids trecking to school through rivers when the water low enough for them to do so. Government does not have money for the poor tots to have a little bridge built so they can cross without fear of being washed away as two boys did awhile ago. Its heartbreaking. s
