Some girls need to improve their telephone manners.Bad telephone manners are repulsive.If u not in a good space to take a booking,then don't answer the phone and behave as if a potential punter is a nuisance or just switch off the phone.I'm sure no one is forcing you to take a booking.
Similarly don't take a booking and then mistreat people.There's no excuse for this! .We are all working hard to survive.Let us please be considerate .
