I think google is drunk...so here is my take.

Perfection on the body - the lady you book is perfection on your body.

Giving caviar - the lady donates some of her eggs to you so you can have a baby with someone else.

Giving NS - No Sex or wife experience

French for me/him - French kissing.

I was close as Google comes up with funny things however I thought ns means no socks.

I would assume perfection on the body means she is well built/sexy
Giving caviar is German slang for scat play/golden showers
