As with any business transaction, And yes that is all this is.
If I'm paying top Rand I would like my monies worth.

I honestly think the term "elite" has nothing to do with the lady herself or what she looks like or whether she is botoxed or nipped and tucked , or has a golden lined pussy, ect.. but rather refers to who she wants to cater for. Same as when the term "executive gentleman" is used.
