I was thinking...what if a venue owner would create a setup very much like the red light district in Amsterdam and other European cities...
Potential clients could walk past "browsing" and then pick the lady they want by simply chatting through the window, agree on a rate and go in - the bed would be just there inside the room behind the window.
Obviously this can't be on the street, so the venue owner would set this up inside controlled access premises.

Just a thought...what do you think?

Problem here is that they might get looted!!

Cost involved to change the property outweighs the financial benefits the owner will get.

I remember a venue like that in CT...back in the late 80's...early 90's.
Used to be a different lady sitting in the widow every hour.
As you drove up to Table Mountain...used to be on the right.

I would be happy to set up a couple of coffee shops within the venue. Funny story actually, the first time I landed in the Red Light District was on a day trip to Amsterdam. Ultimately, (1) I had no idea that it existed, or maybe proximity to where I was (it was almost 15 years ago) and (2) made the mistake of spending too much time exploring coffee shops, and was left with too little time to explore
