Good morning all, I have not been able to spend as much time on the forum as I did in the past due to new developments and an increased work load due to adding new listings.

I spent some time last night reading through some of the threads. The conduct of some of the users here has denigrated hugely.

Gentleman this forum is supposed to be a place where we have formed a like minded community to freely exchange information that is usefull to all present.

There are some (you know who you are) who seem to use the forum as a platform for insults and furthering personal agendas. It wont be tolerated. Many have already very seriously overstepped the line of good manners and decency.

The guild line for posting is simple, before you hit that button to post a new topic or to reply to current thread, ask yourself this, does my contribution build this community, am I making a positive contribution?

You may speak your mind be that positive or negative just kindly do so in a respectful and polite manner. Good manners cost nothing.

We are adults here after all and I'm certain members would prefer me to get new listings and improve the website content and features than to police the forum.

Eddie....i am probly one of those ppl on your list, as i can see that i am hated by alot on the forum...i will try to improve my behaviour wrt posting msg's on this forum.

I am part of other online communities where people's behavior defines if they are allowed to stay or not...

I applaud your taking a hand in things, and hope that the trend will continue.

Could I suggest that if your time is as restricted as it is, that you look at possibly increase the number of moderators. I am sure there are a few individuals who would be happy to assist in Moderation even if it is retrospective.

Another suggestion, and they may exist, i have just not been able to find them, is a set of rules that are posted and all users must agree to them before they are able to post.

I like the fact that there is limited moderation on this forum, but i do think a little more retrospective control, and discipline where needed is a good idea.

I think it is great that people can speak their minds, but how they do it is important.

We all need to remember that everyone posting, including all clients and wg's have feelings, and until they prove otherwise, are entitled to be treated with dignity.

Eddie It is about time that all get involved in cleaning up the rot that has set in here.

I like elvand4r's idea of discipline, just depends who's dishing it out. Paige in her camouflage mini suits me fine!
