Wow - what an influx of agencies - which i guess is one of the most expensive areas in Pretoria!

I saw the following agencies advertise on ESA.
1) Goddesses Place
2) Scarlet Palace
3) Daring desires
4) The Secret Gentleman's Club
5) The Palace
6) Forest of Lust

(All active at time of writing). And I may be missing some...

My question: So it makes sense to rent in an expensive area, as you more than make up with the hourly rates?

Hope no-one from Cogta see this, or they might rename the area to "Walletjie street".

Some of them used to just be houses but now have given a name to themselves.

But some of them are absolute luxury. At Scarlet's palace in particular (active ad), each room is like a penthouse suite that you would pay thousands of Rands for to stay a night at a top hotel.

I don't know what a property like that costs, but my guess is that it's in the tens on millions.

I often think it would need an insane amount of business just to keep a place like that running, let alone provide the luxury that they do.

The down side of course, is that they have to cover these costs somehow so booking prices are not easy on the wallet, and I suspect a large chunk of this goes to the venue's costs and not to the ladies.

So if the ladies move to the west rand where there are very few ladies, their rental will be cheaper and they can become more affordable?

@MSfun. The house from which Scarlet Palace operates will not sell for more than R7mil. (If in an estate, maybe closer to R10m).
But still, quite expensive. And i guess rental probably not far from R40k pm.

Oh how i love Scarlet's palace (active ad at time of posting).

This is my go to place when i want a gorgeous lady. Rates are premium but justifiable by the looks of the ladies as well as the quality of the venue. If your on a budget then this place is not for u

Competition must be fierce amongst all those venues and all the ladies!
