i would guess this is..
A. really just to provide more likelyhood of a guy 'hitting' on them.
B. enables them to provide a much larger selection of pics in diffenrent dress, poses, etc to be displayed.

they also may have different contact number with the different pics possibly also to asses which pics bring in more callers.

Also they sometimes use different names under the massage section.
