Recently I had a situation where a lady cut short an hour session within 5 minutes of the session and insisted on keeping all the money. Mind you I have not come nogal. Imagine standing in the middle of the room naked arguing over something so obvious demanding some of your money back if the session is cut short. Told her I didn't not even come...she told me it's not a her problem..such audacity! Her ad is off therefore I can't review.

It's situations & SPs like these that makes one think of retiring or just stick to tried and tested regulars..but sometimes we want new and different flavors.

As to keeping the money..

I personally would have kept an half hours fee refunded him a the rest and gotten him out my door( if he is the reason i stop the session) and hoped to make up the "lost" part of that hour's income by maybe saying yes to a short notice booking request that i normally dont accomodate.

But.. thats me.

She however can choose to keep it based on the fact that..

1.she wont get the time back and might not be able to "recoupe" the lost income of that hour.
2. She will still have to pay the room fee for that hour if she works at a venue.(the venue could not book that room to someone else and would still expect the hour fee)
3.You both naked already and most probably there had already been some touching etc that happened.
4. She used water and make up etc to get ready for the appointment and electricity to heat that water and maybe even heat or cool the room for that appointment.
5. If what she saw or what you did might have been a health risk to her she will need that money to make sure she is okay.

But if there was no fault of the punter and she stopped session 5 min in ..because she started her period or she realised she did not have condoms or she had to pick up her kid from school or something stupid like that, i would and she should give it all back, regardless if they had already been naked or she had used water/electricity/makeup or having to pay a room fee. You cant make others pay for you being unorganised or unprepared or whatever.
