Arrival time:
Please do not notify me at 09h50 that you have arrived for your 10h30 appointment.
Many clients arrive 20min or longer before their appointment time. Your appointment time is supposed to be no more than 5min before or after the arranged time.
If you know you will be early notify the SP and wait for her to tell you that you may arrive earlier than the expected time . Please find a parking away from the gate whilst you wait.
Oh, and please, for the love of all things in the Purple World, please do not hoot when at the gate!

Initial contact:
Your initial contact with a service provider is vital.
When you only say Hey, Hi, available or free it does set off alarm bells as to the quality of the session that will follow.
In future when you contact a service provider, try say good morning/afternoon, i found your details on so and so and would like to find out your rates, services and availability.
Quality service providers appreciate this and you will get a far better response from them.
Your initial contact with a service provider is vital.

Trying to phone me at 22:50 and then sending me a whatsapp:'wake up', will most definitely not result in a successful booking but what it will achieve is me refusing to ever see you... I find it a bit rude but maybe that's just me.
