Ethanh--Sorry -- NO MORE AOW -- I will be posting a message regarding Rate Increases & NO AOW at this stage as the Industry is changing for UPMARKET VENUES --In regards to obtaining Quality Ladies to keep our Standards Up --Too many are doing their Own Thing & Using 2 & 3 star Guests houses that Charge them very little --making it Difficult to afford to match what the LADIES earn & the Expenses in maintaining a 5-Star venue that Offers so Much more & quality adult Entertainment -- Our Rates will be going up this Friday a bit so I can afford to pay More to the Ladies Per Hour & keep our standards in place as always --

Security & Hygiene does Not seem important to many Ladies --simply what they put in their Pocket for a 1 hour Booking ?? We can't compete with the lower standards & Offer Discount our Rates -- and provide the best Value for Money at this stage -- Sorry but 12 1/2 years later -- just too much Greed out there -- we will always strive to be the BEST !!! But it cost ???

OK GUYS -- Well the Rates are Increasing this Friday However -- we have Not had an Increase in 2 Years --The increase is From R 1600 an Hour to R 1800 --so Not the end of the World However -- Over 50 % is Going Towards the Commission to the Ladies --to Hopefully enhance Our Ability to Hire New White Talent that is a Step Above --

As of Late Attractive White Ladies are Scarce & it seems Many are Doing there own Thing --to avoid sharing with an Established Venues like HOE that offers so much MORE & does all there Bookings --Pays for their Ads --Lunch --Security -- Hygiene -- Housekeeping --ETC. so they work out of a 2-3 star Guest House for R500 a day & avoid paying Commission which we require to maintain Our Venue in a 5-Star Fashion --with Great Security & Hygiene Standards --

And Now Your are subjected to Paying a deposit in most cases -- wondering how many Guys have been on that same Bed -without proper Hygiene Standards and a Housekeeping team -- Hell You Might just slide Off onto the Floor from the prior Left Overs ??? Disgusting at Best --also Ladies Now Charging to Kiss R500 ??? BJ R 1000 Extra -- Once your there You are somewhat their Captive & No Re-Course if they Are attempting to Rip You Off --Yes it does happen -- also Now so Many of the Attractive White Ladies are charging R 2200 or R 2500 -- No Jacuzzi Venue --Food or Bar Service ( Yes we have a Legal Liquor License ) --NO Security

Anyway HOE Hopes with Ladies being aware that we are Paying Premium Commissions to them & Doing all the Leg Work that we will immediately further enhance our Selection of Angels --Please let some of Your Regular Hotties Know Please -- In the Mean-time all is GOOD & Our Ladies do Provide a True GFE without all the Dont's or Paying Extra for this & that ( No Hidden Agenda like so many Others -- NOW )

I appreciate the Candid Comments -- It's really a Supply & Demand scenario--in spite of the Economy -- The better white Ladies are finding ways to put More in their Pocket -so Unfortunately I need to ensure that HOE does Not Loose sight of what we have always provided & keep all aspects of the Venue Comfortable --Secured --Clean

And Most Importantly Nice Ladies that Provide a True GFE & treat each & Every Client Special -- Guest Houses & Private Houses basically rent out a Room & have No Real Interest in ensuring that YOU are Comfortable & Feel Special after You Leave --DO They ???
